FTP will develop detailed project plans for
the implementation of new hardware and software. The project plans are
tailored to the requirements of each client. Project plans include tasks
for site planning, testing, training, supplies, migration plans and more.
FTP’s level of involvement can range from development of project plans
to assisting with the completion of specific tasks. As the customer, you
determine FTP’s level of involvement.
