was founded in 1986 by Steve McNair. Since that time, FTP has consulted to
clients in Western Europe, Australia, Japan, Canada, Mexico and the United
States. The office is located in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area. FTP is an independent consulting firm that
helps companies reduce cycle times, maximize throughput,
improve quality and reduce the unit cost of item processing.

consulting team has broad experience as operations managers, vendors,
trainers, service quality managers and consultants. Their experience
includes the application of document and image processing technologies to
